How do you differ from a full time designer?
The cost of a full-time senior-level designer can easily exceed $100,000 per year these days. Additionally, you may not have enough work to keep them busy, leading to wasted payments. The monthly plan offers the flexibility to pause and resume your subscription as needed, allowing you to only pay when you actually need to get work done.
How many requests can I make?
After subscribing, you have the ability to add an unlimited number of design requests to your queue, they will be complete one by one.
How do design requests work?
I'm flexible with design requests as long as they're async meaning you can write a brief, we can do it together or you can create a loom video describing requests.This will all be tracked in Notion
Why don't you allow meetings?
I've found far more success and countless hours saved thanks to the complete removal of meetings. All requirements and communications can easily be documented in Notion.
How long will a design take?
Typically, requests are completed within 3-7 days. More complex requests may take more time.

Its just me.
What happens if I don't like the design?
This won't be a problem, we'll continue to revise and iterate the work until you're completely satisfied.
Do you accept refunds?
I do not offer refunds as all of our terms and work have been presented up front.
